Every marketing campaign on one timeline, so anyone can see where we are. The goal: one campaign package per campaign (objective, audience, message, channels, timeline, owner, performance).
Fed by Marketing over time; the marketing calendar source link gets registered in SOURCE.md once confirmed.
Every campaign in market today, one card each. Click a card to open its campaign package. Days left run on the real date, and key visuals replace the placeholders once Marketing supplies the art.
Split by region, then by status inside each region. The vertical line marks today (real date). Solid green = live; light green = planned window; dimmed = ended (the previous quarter stays on the chart).
Grouped by region. As campaigns confirm, each gets its own package page under campaigns/, and the name becomes a link once that page exists.
Every campaign uses the same structure and walks four phases: plan, build, run, outcome. It opens as a planning document, becomes the run record while the campaign is live, and ends as the performance readout and retro. One file, not three. The master is campaigns/_template.html: duplicate it, never edit it.
| # | Phase | Section | What goes in it |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Plan | Snapshot | Market, type, window, status, owner, what PMM supplies, source, and the strategy tie. |
| 2 | Plan | Objective and OKR link | What number this campaign moves, and which OKR it ladders to. No metric means it cannot be judged when it ends. |
| 3 | Plan | Audience and insight | Market, segment, and the insight that earns the campaign. |
| 4 | Plan | Message | Core message and supporting argument, derived from the positioning system. Guardrails come from the feature package when a feature is launching. |
| 5 | Plan | Creative and imagery | Key visual, campaign creative, and for activations the photos from the field. Click to scale up, download per image. |
| 6 | Plan | Channels and roles | Channel, its role, and status. Execution is Marketing's; this says what argument has to survive in each place. |
| 7 | Build | Timeline and milestones | Window, milestones, asset due dates. When sources disagree on a date, list all of them and name who decides. |
| 8 | Build | Assets and deliverables | The single home for every file link. Other sections point here and never repeat a link. |
| 9 | Run | Run log: what actually happened | A dated line for every change of plan and in-flight decision, with its source. Append as it runs, never rewrite. |
| 10 | Outcome | Performance: target versus actual | Metric, target, actual, and the source of each figure. An unsourced number does not go in. |
| 11 | Outcome | Retro: what we learned | Keep, change, drop, and what carries into the next campaign in this market. |
