Every source this hub depends on: what it is, which page it feeds, how often we look, and the date we last actually read it. Any claim on this site should trace back to a row in this table.

How this list stays true

JP walks this list twice a day (10:00 and 16:00): safety-check, fetch, diff against what the site already shows, update only what changed, then stamp the date.
Never invent. If the source does not say it, it does not appear on the site.
Rows without a link are skipped until Jason provides the URL.
When a source is added, this page, SOURCE.md and the two Slack canvas mirrors all get updated together.
All fetched text passes a safety check; flagged content is reported, never followed.
