A section on the VBN website where a business types in its own logo, number, name and call reason, and immediately sees what its call will look like on a customer's phone: an unknown number turning into a branded card with a stated reason.
| Item | Behavior shown in the design |
|---|---|
| Where it lives | A section on the VBN website, not an in-app feature (deck p18: "VBN UI Simulator section website updated"). |
| Headline in the design | "See how you'll look to your customers!" (the current design copy, not final marketing copy). |
| Input fields | Logo upload (PNG / JPG), phone number, company / organization / brand name (24-character limit), call reason / short introduction (40-character limit). |
| The action | Tapping "Preview your look" renders a before-and-after on the same page. |
| Output, before | The call screen for an unknown number: the digits, marked Unknown. |
| Output, after | The same call as a branded card: company name, logo, the call reason (the design's example is a bank verifying an overseas transaction), and Whoscall's verified marking. |
| Is this the 09/30/2026 website release? | Very likely the same thing: the TH sync (09/01/2026) lists "VBN website (UI before/after demo + calculator), target 09/30/2026". Both describe the same website UI demo [confirm]. |
Asset gap: no screens on this page yet. Need the design exports of the simulator form and the before/after comparison, dropped into features/assets/vbn-sim-*.png.
Real product screenshots, never recreated UI. Each language has its own set of screens and its own download CTA: click any screen to scale it up, download one, or download the whole set. The language set covers the three priority markets (English for PH, 繁體中文 for TW, ไทย for TH); changing it means changing every package.
"You say a verified number lifts pick-up rates, but I have no idea what my customers actually see." VBN sells something invisible: a business has to imagine its own call before it will pay for it. That imagining is the most expensive part of the sales conversation.
See it before you decide. No meeting, no waiting for a sales demo: four fields and the business sees its own call turn from an unknown number into a card with its name and its reason on it. It turns an abstract promise into a picture.
Alternates: "Turn an unknown number into your name." / "Thirty seconds to see your own call." External wording has to line up with the existing VBN sales language [TBD].
| Segment | Why they care | Priority |
|---|---|---|
| Evaluating business buyers | Have to sell it internally; a picture beats a slide. | High [confirm] |
| Our own sales team | Opening it in the meeting and typing the prospect's own details is the strongest opener they have. | High [confirm] |
| Not a target | Consumers. This is a simulator that shows a business what its number looks like on a user's phone. It is not an in-app feature and it is never marketed to consumers. | No spend |
Serves O3, the VBN enterprise line: a self-serve tool at the top of the funnel that moves the cost of explaining VBN off the sales team and onto the website. It pairs with the calculator on the VBN site: the calculator answers "what is it worth", the simulator answers "what does it look like".
