Every release tells users one or two sentences. This page puts those sentences side by side with the things that were decided not to mention.
How to read this: Told to users is what Patricia listed under 列入 release note, so it reaches the store listing. Shipped quietly is the 不列入 list, usually internal tracking, QA tickets or fixes nobody would notice, but occasionally a real feature. Those are marketing's blind spot and are highlighted in amber. Patricia posts 3 to 5 days before the release date and sometimes revises afterwards; this page always carries the last version and marks it Revised.
JP reads #release-note-hotline once a week, matched to Patricia's cadence, which is weekly and lands 3 to 5 days before the release date. New versions get appended and revised copy replaces the earlier version. The rules: copy is reproduced verbatim, versions, dates and ticket numbers are never inferred, and anything Patricia did not write stays empty.
